Flexible MXene/copper/cellulose nanofiber heat spreader films with enhanced thermal conductivity

Abstract To deal with the heat dissipation problem produced by a high integrated circuit, preparation of spreaders excellent transportation performance is increasing in demand. The Ti 3 C 2 MXene sheets and copper particles were fully contacted cellulose nanofibers high-speed mixer, composite film was prepared as spreader under action vacuum-assisted filtration. are connected esterification carboxyl group hydroxyl to form chemical bond consist main skeleton film. Due synergistic effects particles, in-plane out-of-plane thermal conductivities reach 24.96 2.46 W m −1 K , respectively. Compared pure nanofiber films, conductivity films increased 2819.2 187.6%, By designing two applications actual use process, heating conduction abilities directions have been proved. This measure improve MXene-copper binary fillers also provides ideas for novel spreader.
